professionally engaged in the dyeing processing and
distribution of yarn and textile raw materials such
as terylene, cotton, viscose, staple rayon, flax,
etc. as well as blended bobbin yarn, reeled yarn and
space dyeing.
With the introduction
of international advanced full computer dyeing
machine, imported computer-based color testing and
matching device and automatic liquid compounding and
dropping system equipment, with which, the dyeing
repeatability and accuracy have been tremendously
improved and very stable. The company applies
dyestuff and dyeing agent produced by advanced
domestic and foreign companies. The products so
manufactured all conform to the state environmental
protection standards. It also produces various
highly sun-baked, wear resistant, alkaline resistant
(light mercerization) and bleaching resistant
products according to different standards and
requirements of the clients. The company passed
ISO9001 quality certification and ISO14001
environment certification at the end of 2002.
The company stresses on
technology improvement, continuously introduces
technical talents and strengthens the modern
management mode (ERP) and system. At present, it
owns more than 30 professional technicians. The
company has established a textile raw material
dyeing development and research center jointly with
Zhejiang University of Sciences. Under the company,
there¡¯re four major workshops respectively for
production of polyester yarns, viscose and acrylic
fibers, hank cotton yarns and cheese dyeing yarns.
The daily output of color yarns is more than 30 tons
with annual output exceeding ten thousand tons.

strengthened technical cooperation with higher
educational institution (Zhejiang University of
Sciences) and established a new-typed yarn dyeing
technology research and development center. It has

technical problems of non-auxiliary-agent supported
dyeing such as Chitosan yarn and terylene yarn and
entered into cooperation with East China University
and Suzhou University under a loose tied structure
